Owner and inspector David Dowling has more than 35 years of experience in the construction industry managing projects from home remodels to multimillion-dollar hi-tech facilities. The same diverse background and attention to detail that it takes to oversee large hi-tech projects is what is needed to be a successful home inspector. Because of David’s experiences he has been called upon to investigate and provide testimony during arbitrations and in court cases involving faulty construction practices.
David believes that his talent and knowledge in the building industry is a gift from God and that he is called upon to share them with others, so he has participated in mission trips and organizations that rebuild and improve homes and lives for the less fortunate. David has been a volunteer and/or member of the board for Habitat for Humanity, Group Workcamps, Uniontown Volunteer Fire Department, The Salvation Army, St. Joseph’s Church, Boy Scouts of America, Uniontown School Authority, Fayette Chamber of Commerce, and Rotary.
David has a degree in Architectural Engineering and is a certified home Inspector through interNACHI. In addition to his general certification David is certified to perform Radon, Mold, Septic and other ancillary inspections. David is continuously expanding his certifications and education.
